It's is cozy city hotel, Location is close to SIDE ANTIENT CITY. We catch up the small bus we were in Side many times. Location is close to the bars, shop and bazars. The copa beach club has agreement with the hotel. The shuttle pick up us at morning, we spend the day on beach.
The staff are so friendly, we feel like in family. The new waiting staff in the restaurant are very professional.
Bar, swimming pool are very nice.
Food is very good, buffet with different choices. I love the fresh fish and meet place every single day.
The staff in all departments were exceptional and went the extra mile when consulted. The hotel is clean and the varirty of food suited me perfectly. Lots of entertainment and lovely pool facilitied. There is a regular shuttle bus to the beach and it tuns very regularly. The beach is easily reached if you fancy a walk. It is not far from the hotel and it has a well served snack bar.
The resort was so very clean. It was gorgeous with beautiful flowers and trees everywhere. There were plenty of children's play areas, bars, and toilets. Everywhere was so clean. The beach wasn't too far to walk, but there was a regular shuttle that would ferry us there and back. The food at the restaurant was good, there was plenty to choose from, however I wasn't sure there were any dairy free options among the desserts which was a problem for us.
Very clean and friendly staff. Managers and other staff do everything to make you feel comfortable in the trip. Shuttle service they have for the beach and i would surely come back again
Always nice, friendly staff. We were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and fruit when we arrived as returning guests. We have been at Tui Magic 4 years in a row now. The staff remembered us and made us feel at home. Great Tennis (7 courts) and excellent free group tennis classes.
The new chill out coffee area on the hill before the beach is excellent. Beautiful beach huts.
Clean, modern rooms (though a little small) and an excellent spa facility. High quality hotel refurb clearly been done in the last couple years. Regular free bus shuttle to the beach with free loungers included.

Proximity to the sea, sea cabines which offers privacy and social distancing. The guy serving us at the beach cabines was very nice, wearing mask all time and very operative.
