To start, Plaza Central is a beautiful hotel. Elegant, with marble floors, wooden bars, high ceilings and nicely furnished. Its location can't be better, at the corner of the city's main square, the beautiful Plaza de Armas. Friendly and helpful staff.
Perfect room with a balcony. The bed was super comfortable and the interior design, the wooden doors and the view made the stay magical. Complementary water, room cleaning and Smart tv and hot water. I’d definitely stay here again. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Property area looks amazing, inner yard all covered in flowers and greenery, styled in old colonial style.
Bed was very comfortable and big, balcony where you can enjoy all the surrounding beauty. Room has bath and shower, bath was in the room and shower is small cabin in the toilet
Rooms are spacious, with a rack for the backpack and a cabinet next to the bed. Breakfast was very good and I could leave my luggage in the storage for the day.
Gonzalo made everything for us to feel welcome and answered our milion questions with kindness. He was a great host and helped us with our shuttle taxis, defining plans for Colca Canyon and many more. The house was located close to the center without all the night noise from bars. Breakfast was nice and even when we had to leave at 4 am, Gonzalo made us breakfast as usual ! So,you can be sure to be well received in arequipa.
i had a nice small room , lovely decorated ,with a big bed and a big cabinet for my clothes .
the bathroom was a bit small but absolutely ok .
it’s just a 3,4 mins walk to bars , restaurants and a lot of tourist attractions.
the staff was very nice and helpful, I felt always very welcome :)
This place is really beautiful and the staff is very friendly! The room we got was perfect for a couple (although there was a bit os space limit-we both had big suitcases). A safety box was provided (although it was a wooden case with a locker and a key). The breakfast spot was very beautiful on a terrace and the menu was basic but tasty. The staff speaks English so we could communicate well.
