The staff was really nice! They picked us up at the bus station, what was great because it rained a lot! They served us a delicious dinner and arranged a taxi for us for good price to go start our trek.

The view of the Himalayas and Pokhara is unforgettable and worth choosing this location
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
A good modern hotel with cozy and clean rooms. Conveniently located in a quiet side street near the shore of Lake Fewa. Friendly and polite staff, a very tasty breakfast is included in the room price. Comfortable bed, the presence of the necessary furniture in the room: a coffee table, a bedside table, stools, two mirrors, a cabinet and a clothes hanger.
i knew because off the cheap price that i couldnt be a a very comfortable place. i choose to stay there and make the best of it. the hammock and the small garden from the hut was the best. but cleanness is not the best
-very clean
-beautiful community area with a little pond and huts in the middle of it to sit on
-good food
-peaceful & quiet
-very helpful staff, left my stuff there twice for hiking
The hotel is in a very quiet location away from the main part of the city. The views of the mountains are spectacular. Staff is very friendly. There is a good shuttle service into town or to the airport.
A 5 star experience in Pokhara, where the staff go above and beyond to make you feel pampered. From the welcome drink + refreshing towel to the personal greeting from the manager to the free shuttle service to Lakeside or the airport, the hotel provides a long list of personal touches that really make it stand out. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern, comfortable. Spa services are also top notch. Would definitely stay at again.
Excellent service, clean room, comfortable beds, and great location within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and Phewa Lake. Mr. Anod, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our shuttle bus pick us up from the hotel to Sarangkot even though we didn't book through him. He woke up at 5am and stayed with us until our shuttle came at 5.55am. He even helped arrange a private taxi to take us to a few key attractions and made a point to send us off when we checked out. Highly recommended
