The staff was very welcoming and the hotel is very clean. The room is spacious and clean and comfortable. The hotel is located very near the CIQ and there is a shuttle bus every hr from the hotel to JB Sentral. It is also quick and easy to get a grab from the hotel to travel out.

Super detailed, and very helpful for non-locals. Free parking is available, there are shops, malls, and grocery stores just a few minutes away, and the Shuttle train station (JB Sentral) is 10 minutes by foot. The apartment is nice and well-equipped, and everything is clean. The community area with the pool was great, the swimming pool was clean, and there was a bbq, free to use.
clean, got nice view gym, shuttle bus, a coffee house & nice swimming pool. It is near to bazaar karat & 10min to midvalley. In front of hotel got supermarket. it is very convinience for those do not have transport to stay here. Their reception is friendly! 😍
Room was comfortable and clean. Weekend dinner buffet was very good. Shuttle bus service was a godsend.
