Well every was great and clean but there are small defects like the master bedroom door doesn't close property and cabinet door missing. It will won't affect much of your trip. Host is great and respond to ur question quickly. Shops and mid valley is super close by. Lastly master room view is great.
Super clean. 300m away from Mid-Valley Southkey. Shuttle bus provided but have to book your space with the concierge. Tip: Book the return trip from mid valley with concierge too before heading there. Otherwise, the walk is also manageable.
Will stay here again in future.. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Thumbs up for the smooth check in and extension request too! There is free shuttle to CIQ/CS/KOMTAR..overall very good!
The bed was soooo comfortable! Love it that it is not too soft or hard. The king size made it even better. The staff are really professional and handles situations really well! The view from the hotel was great too! It is just 5 mins walk away from the Mall but there is a shuttle mini bus every hour that you got to book 30 mins in advance. The bus leaves on the dot so don't be late!
The room is spacious and complete, even with good AC and clean facilities.
Bed is very huge and comfortable, able to fit more than one person.
Breakfast spread is huge and plenty of food and carpark provided.
There is also free shuttle service hourly to the malls.
