The staff was very knowledgeable and had very good English. They even told us about fireworks happening that evening and where to see them. A/C was great! and good shower too. Which was really all we could ask for after the long flight :-)

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

Amazing staff, extremely helpful. Our room was nice and spacious. The hotel is nice and clean, and the elevators are quite fast and efficient. The free shuttle bus to Sapporo JR Station helped on our day trips to other locations as the hotel itself is a little far to walk from most tourist spots. Getting to and from the hotel from New Chitose Airport was also quite convenient as the airport limousine bus has a stop right beside the hotel.

Room is spacious, comfortable bed and clean. Take lift to reception situated at the second floor. TV has CNN channel. There’s a souvenir shop and sundry shop in the building. Airport shuttle bus to new chitose airport cost 1300 yen and pickup just by the road side of hotel. About 1.5 hours to reach airport as bus would make a few more stops to pickup passengers.

Very spacious room overseeing the river. Helpful and responsive staff. While the location was a slight distance away from the train station and the main shopping district, it was still walkable and the bus stop was nearby so it was a good alternative mode of transport. The airport shuttle bus provides direct transport from hotel to the airport which was a big factor for us as we were returning home after our stay at the hotel.

Dinner and breakfast are all good. The receptionist was really nice and will try to explain everything to me even if I don't speak Japanese. Free shuttle bus taking you to the hotel (around 5pm) and bring you back (around 1pm). You have to book the shuttle bus by replying their email or call them directly before the date of your booking.

Great spas, staff go out of their way to help with anything, bed getting a bit old, but ok, pillows rock hard. Very clean. Good size room with mountain view. Smoking rooms need exhaust fan - they stink. Good restaurant right next door & others close. Bus from airport to the door. Extra bus to go anywhere else as it is out of town. Hotel shuttle only runs at night.

For us, the location is great walking distance to Tanuki walking street with a few convenient stores near by. Airport shuttle bus (Sapporo Prince Hotel) station (S29) just about 250 m away

Super convenient location in central Sapporo, close to metro stations and bus stops (including the airport 'limousine' shuttle bus stops!!) as well as conbinis, restaurants and nightlife! The hotel was super clean and the staff were very helpful, and were patient in our communications in English/Japanese. An ideal hotel for a couple of nights while you explore Sapporo :)

Great hotel! Super convenient location in the centre of Sapporo, with friendly and helpful staff and great facilities for guests to use! As well as being close to restaurants and nightlife, this hotel is just around the corner from an airport shuttle 'limousine' bus stop. When we arrived, there was a mix up with our room (we had been given a 2-person one instead of a 3-person), which was swiftly resolved by the lovely reception team!
