Across the street from the clean beach and pier with musician buskers. 100 metres from 20 good restaurants. Hotel has a shuttle to take us to the airport.
There was nothing to like..No airport shuttle.We arrived late because the car they arranged to collect us broke down.Charged us 30 euro.Fabio was a nice lad running the so called business.
Breakfast was good, had variety. The hotel is right on the beach which was what I wanted. The room was cute, clean, nice bathroom, although there was only half a shower door which I tough was odd. Room staff was great. This area was not congested with tourists. They provided a free shuttle for a group of us heading to the airport.

It is an ideal place to stay before departing via Fiumicino Airport, away from the busy streets of Rome.
We were particularly impressed by the punctuality very early in the morning of the Airport Shuttle that our hostess organized for us. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
No Breakfast, this was an apartment. The coffee mugs from the cabinet were dirty. I was really disappointed because the apartment looked nothing like the photograph that I saw online that made me choose this unit. We chose this apartment because it was a 16-minute taxi ride to the airport, and I was leaving for home on an international flight at 11:00 am. So, if I was to say what I liked about the apartment it would be the location, quick trip to the airport. Unfortunately, I did not like much else.
The administrator (Jessica) offered a reasonable rate and access for a shuttle from and to the airport. I like the distance from the sporting center and to the Lido Station. I followed the bus stops to walk to the station without assistance as it is difficult to find/understand addresses.
Location to beach and Metro were excellent. Beautiful large balcony to enjoy sea breeze. Rossana, the property manager, was fabulous. She helped organised shuttle transport to/from airport, and offered local knowledge. As our flight put of Rome was in the evening, Rossana accommodated us with late check out and baggage storage. She was happy to help and responded to text messages promptly and kindly.
Shuttle bus drivers were helpful, especially with assisting my mother and her sprained ankle.
