Warm & welcoming friendly B&B located less than 10mins from airport. We parked just outside on the street but the host offer courtyard parking inside through a narrow gate. Easy access to spacious Studio apartments ground level. Clean tidy comfortable and typical Italian room breakfast. The location gave us plenty of time to stop at nearby petrol station, drop of carhire and checkin to our early morning flight. Highly recommended to those who are travelling to FCO.

    The warm hosts and the location were perfect. We have never met such kind and hard working hosts. They provided an airport shuttle at 3 in the morning which was hassle free and smooth.

    Shuttle did not arrive at airport. Another service after discussing with other drivers kindly arranged to take me to meet the shuttle elsewhere so I wouldn’t have to wait another hour. Gentleman at reception was excellent and handled my hungry anxiety very well- room was not pleasant. Was not a nice final night before flying home after excellent stays throughout the travels. Breakfast was basic, coffee good. Morning shuttle was another switch - maybe that is their norm. I would not book as an option for timely airport access.

    This is a comfortable and clean hotel right across from the fishermen’s wharf. Great staff and close to restaurants. The shuttle bus to the airport runs every 30 mins- perfect if you’re flying out the next day. We’d definitely stay here again
