The Misultin apartment is in a very good condition. It looks just like on Booking photos. Very comfortable, clean and nice looking. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Big size bed and additional unfolding sofa very comfortable. Complete set of towels for all. Lots of space in cabinets and drawers. Iron and desk on site in the apartment. Immediate contact via WhatsApp by owner showing great support. 2 minutes by walk to the closest bus stop and bakery. 6 minutes to the large supermaket.

Comfy bed, black-out shutters, large bottle of water and tea/coffee (espresso machine) provided, large shower and bathroom, fresh decor, great location only a few mins walk from either station and the ferry ticket office. Cleaner let us drop our bags off early so no need to pay to leave them in a locker anywhere which was very handy. TV had Netflix etc.

Very accurate instructions to find the key and the apartment with the photo steps. Parking was perfect too. Apartment was very confortable for my family of 4. Super clean. AC worked perfectly. I love the window shutters , makes it nice and dark for good sleep. Sofa and TV were great. Also the showers are excellent, great water pressure. Walking distance to the old town. This place is great!

Beautifully decorated small family run b&b on the top floor of an elegant town house. The room was lovely with stylish, original features, blonde parquet flooring and lovely shuttered floor to ceiling windows. Spotlessly clean, soft white bedding and towels, Tea, coffee and complimentary water x4 bottles. Location is excellent 2 mins walk from Como Lago station, opposite the lake. My lovely room had a gorgeous view from the small balcony.

A nice period building in a great central location. Rooms are pleasant with air conditioning, exposed beam, chandeliers and window shutters. Communication was good and we were able to leave our bags early. At check in we were warmly welcomed and given good instructions and overview of the local area. A modern lift is installed which is very helpful for heavy luggage. Decor is lovely and nice bathroom with bidet.

We had an amazing stay. Not only is the apartment new and spotlessly clean (with aircon!l) - what really makes the stay is Giedre. She made us feel right at home and gave us so much useful information about what to see and do in the area. She also gave us a lovely antipasti and wine made in their cellars. The apartment has great WiFi, shutters for complete blackout. Easy parking nearby. This could also be good for a longer work+holiday stay. Overall a highly recommended stay. I wish we can come back soon!

Location was ideal, around a 10 minute walk to the centre of Como. The train station was also right close by so it was easy to get to. The hosts were also great and were really quick to help with anything we needed. Have seen a lot of reviews about there not being anything to block out the lights in the rooms, if you open the windows there are shutters outside you just need to pull them in. We really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for a short stay in Como.
