For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
Professionally managed hotel with attention to detail. The staff was always available and helpful. The location is brilliant and gives you a nice view of Mulshi backwaters. The food was brilliant. The villas are about half a km away from the reception but they do provide a shuttle to-and-fro.
The staff was very unhelpful. They did not provide us plates after asking for several times stating that they do not give plates for food ordered from outside, where as their restaurant was shut.
Had to eat dinner right from the Packaging.
There was no internet on their wifi, The front desk people said they will send someone but nobody came.
breakfast options were very limited... sambar and Chutney taste was not good... it was too diluted with water
preparation area was maintained poor when i happened to glance it from outside,
