For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
The apartment location is fantastic, it's in a quiet neighborhood with private parking. The beds were comfortable, it had a nice little kitchen and two fireplaces. Sweet hosts, one came by at night to fix up one fireplace. :)
The apartment was big enough, nice and cozy, I booked a room with a private toilet and everything was clean and comfortable.
What I liked the most was the large wooden open space area on the ground floor, the kitchen and the little terrace.

Very modern, beautiful, reception is available till 10 pm, which was very convenient for us, as we arrived late. Very friendly personal!

The campsite is located on the banks of the Tisza, almost in the center of Szeged. The atmosphere of the place is `retro`. The shower cabins (2) are usable, being heated with solar panel, the toilet is located at 50m, on a pontoon. The owner is very nice and frienly. There are 3 caravans for rent (no water connection, only electricity), located between the trees. They don`t have air conditioning, but the forest offers some coolness. On the pontoon is a bar and restaurant, too. Be prepared for mosquitoes :)
I liked that there was a big cabin shower in the bathroom and a big TV in the living room. The furniture was also nice and modern. There was a good WiFi signal.
