Excellent position. Sixth floor with stupendous terrace and view down to the sea. Very quiet because no cars pass underneath (the apartment is on a pedestrian street with steps). With plenty of restaurants, bakery, patisseries, cafeterias, small supermarket around and very attractive fresh fruit and vegetables market on Friday morning. Very near to teleferic station that gets you to the top of Lykabettus hill with panoramic views of Athens.
The apartment is accurately described in the Booking.com site (2BR with large comfortable beds, 2 shower/toilets, dining and living room, excellent wi-fi, TV (Greek channels) and AirCo in each room. Nice kitchen, which seemed equipped, but we did not use it other than for making coffee (provided by ourselves except 2 welcome coffee capsules). With so much variety of restaurants with take away facilities in the area and such terrace it is not worth cooking in the apartment!

Beautiful house with excellent Hosts! Ioannis and Isabella went out of their way to make us feel at home, and no request was too big for them to entertain. The house is fantastic and perfect for large groups, with many bedrooms and even a baby cot. The house is airconditioned and well equipped. Has a driveway and easy street parking. It is great for relaxation trips as it is very close to downtown Porto Rafti and is only a 40/50-minute drive from central Athens. Worth the visit and A+ value for money. Thank you, Ioannis & Isabella, for allowing us to stay in this fantastic house!

Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
This was a tastefully decorated and spacious apartment right in the heart of Athens. Super comfortable bed and modern amenities including coffee machine and electronic window shutters to encourage a peaceful nights sleep. The hosts were exceptional providing advice and guidance every step of the way.
Loved this place. Amazing location in cool neighbourhood (loads of restaurants and bars nearby) with all of the sights in walking distance. Staff were extremely friendly and there was a great atmosphere at the guesthouse. The room was comfy, air con cold (needed in Athens in July!), black out curtains with shutters, and the bathroom was recently refurbished and really spacious. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Athens.

The shutters in the bedrooms achieved total black-out and had both air-conditioning units and fans respectively.

The apartment is in a great location - on a quiet street but in the centre. It’s walking distance to most tourist attractions so it’s great for first timers in Athens. There are roller shutters on the windows which keep the bedroom nice and dark for those who like to sleep in.

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of town, making clever use of the space and with beautiful wooden beams and ceilings. Our room was great. The staff were wonderful, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast at the cafe next door was delicious and plentiful. A perfect base for sightseeing. Other reviewers have complained about the noise but with our windows shut and the air conditioning on, we were not disturbed at all and we were on the mezzanine so very close to street level. I recommend this hotel.
