    The location of the hotel is ideal for both exploring Richmond and access to the train/tube station to travel into central London. The hotel was very clean and the room although bioux (had a cabin room) it was very comfortable with excellent soundproofing.

    Not inspiring from outside but very good when inside. Room about the size of a typical ships cabin. Very good but compact bathroom. Parking was very useful. Small car park but never full when I was there. Well located for decent pubs/food. Ten minutes or so from the riverside, five from the station.

    Great location, less than 5 min walk to the tube and perfect for Kew Gardens. For a small cabin room it had everything we needed and we didn't feel cramped in.

    Gorgeous interior. Friendly & helpful staff. Great value for money considering the quality & area. Safe & convenient parking. Great base for a leisurely stroll along the Thames to the rugby at Twickenham with a free return shuttle bus back to Richmond. Beautiful location to explore with multiple eateries within walking distance and Richmond Deer Park a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

    From the minute you enter the warmth hits you from the wooden dog the table of plants and the hunters wellies for you to borrow you feel at home. the staff are warm and friendly Talha helped me so much as I have aspergers and he explained clearly when I had a question. The rooms are lovely clean and spacious. We will definitely stay again, susannah
