Tan y coed's Rosemary Cabin, hotel in Conwy

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Tan y coed's Rosemary Cabin is set in Conwy, 19 km from Llandudno Pier and 31 km from Snowdon.

We loved every bit of our stay, from walking through the garden to find the pretty cabin, to all the thoughtful touches inside. It is beautiful and cosy with everything you could need for a break away from it all. The birds in the trees were a treat to listen to whilst having a cup of tea on the chairs outside. The bed was comfortable and the cabin was really warm, but there are hot water bottles and a heater if you do feel the cold. A perfect location to explore other areas that are around. We highly recommend this retreat, we will definitely be back. The hosts were absolutely exceptional with amazing communication. They went above and beyond by a million miles to make our anniversary a really magical one that we will always remember with such fond memories. Thank you 😊

Set in Colwyn Bay in the Clwyd region and Llandudno Pier reachable within 15 km, Waenfechan Glamping offers accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free private parking.

The pod was absolutely lovely, a real hole from home😊. Really cosy, very well equipped and the bed was super comfy. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, rolling country side fell every angry and so peaceful. The pods were very spaced out too. A little far away to walk to the pub or shop, but we have car so it didn’t matter.

Hot Tub Accommodation North Wales Lodge, hotel in Conwy

Set just 6.9 km from Bodelwyddan Castle, Hot Tub Accommodation North Wales Lodge offers accommodation in Rhyl with access to an indoor pool, a garden, as well as full-day security.

This accommodation may be on a caravan site, but it's far more than that. Very spacious with a private garden area to use the hot tub. The kitchen area allows lots of room to cook with high quality utensils and equipment. The ensuite in the bedroom is great, with an enclosed shower to stop any unnecessary surplus water on the floor. The weather was biblical when we were there, but the central heating provides a cosy feel while watching the big wall mounted TV and sinking into the 2 x couches in the living area. Some of the local takeaways will deliver to the site, as we found the food options at the resident bar quite expensive. But if you want to cook, there is a shop near the entrance that stocks most things and the bigger supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. In summary, this is ideal for couples and families alike.... even if the weather conspires against you !

Looking for a cabin?
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

The host is very communicative and really friendly. On arrival there was a plate of goodies set out and a pint of milk in the fridge. Everything was perfect. There are some beautiful flowers and trees all around and the little stream is so peaceful. The cabin is something really special and very comfortable, has a fire pit and bbq outside and is close to Conwy but far enough away to be quiet. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Amazing hosts, Fiona, Chris, and their family, including Tumm, the gorgeous dog, were all so lovely and helpful couldnt of asked for more. The cabin was very comfy and cosy, and there was fresh fruit and a beautiful homemade cake and fudge when we arrived. We got to look all around the incredible garden and a look inside the music studio, which smelt amazing and was full of very interesting insturments. Fantastic place will definitely be returning again.
