It was our first caravan experience, and we feel fortunate to have chosen it. It was bigger than we expected. The caravan park is enormous, and people are super friendly. There was a swimming pool, playground, shop and everything we needed. The communication with the host was terrific.

The Caravan was clean and warm. I had downloaded a site map from Martello Beach Website and so found the Caravan with no problem. The site was clean and the facilities were good. We used the pool and although we had to book the day before it was worth it. Very good value for money, had a lovely break with my family. If you want to go out and about there’s loads in the area to do that’s under 10 minute drive.

Looking for a cabin?

For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.

Very close to the pier, fantastic walk along the coast to Holland on Sea and on to Walton on the Naze.. Have never seen so many beautiful, colourful and different beach huts. You won't need your car. Just leave it in front of the hotel. Quiet room, you can hear the sea gulls in the morning...lovely! Hot shower! Relaxing!

The bathroom door would not open after being shut. The repair by Antonio was very prompt and thorough. The only thing was the bedroom was very cold at night. I could not find the blankets.

Budget hotel. Tired and in need of work, but as you would expect for a seaside hotel fighting their way out of the Pandemic, a task I did not envy them for. As there were restrictions, the bar was shut and I left well before breakfast. The tv aerial had been disconnected, but I fixed that although another guest might have struggled. The shower rose was calcified and the water was not as hot as i would have liked. Bed clean and comfortable and towels fluffy and plentiful.
