Well, what a gem!! Absolutely loved staying here. Idyllic, peaceful, lovely and clean, so cosy and the girls enjoyed the play area! Great value for money! Welcome hamper was such a lovely touch, the Prosecco was very much appreciated. Tracey and Dave, the owners, were really friendly and made us feel so welcome. We loved the owners 2 dogs too! A gorgeous break - thank you!

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

It's a beautiful cabin, very tastefully decorated with all the comforts you will need. The hot tub and sauna are great for some luxurious relaxation. We got a wonderfully warm and thoughtful welcome. The location is nice being quite quiet and rural & reasonably accessible. Thanks for a lovely stay, We both highly recommend going to stay.

Lovely cosy cabin, we enjoyed woodland walks near to cabin. Only 20 mins drive away from.Gretna Green & Designer Outlet. Sofa beds were easy to get out & put away. Plenty of towels and bedding were available. Lovely welcome pack with some food, prosecco & teas coffee etc was a really nice touch. Log burner kept cabin warm. Lovely hosts. Would definitely love to return.

Great log cabin and fantastic location. Very peaceful and great area for our dog to play. Tracey provided a welcome pack including a lovely bottle of white wine - thank you. Also the home-made map of a walk (approx 12k round trip) to a coffee barn worked and we were able to follow it. Lovely 3 days everything provided within log cabin. Would definitely return.

Fantastic cosy cabin with superb facilities and lovely surroundings. Perfect for our dog as there was plenty of space outside of the cabin for him to run around. Also had a lovely walk along the river that is located at the bottom of the garden. Lovely hosts who were very helpful and friendly.
