Lovely self-contained cabin. Great for two people and close to Bath including Lansdown Park and Ride (10 minute drive away). Christian was really helpful when we contacted him with a question. Plenty of parking and very close to a Shell petrol station - convenient for refuelling for the journey home.

It is a very relaxing and ‘holiday-like’ atmosphere. Due to the high water level the water came upto our knees when leaving the water cabin, but they arranged an even more amazing place for us to spend the second night of our stay.

Lovely base for exploring, amazing views. Longleat safari close by and had a lovely day there, followed by a day in Bath and a fireworks display. Nice and private, hosts were very informative on what we're the best places to visit and all the finishing touches like shower gel, towels and dishwasher tablets, tea and coffee made a big difference.

The lodge is very well appointed with a kitchen stocked with plenty of utensils, pots and pans if you want to cook instead of eating out. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The host was very accommodating. The walk into the centre of Bath was approx. 10 minutes. The walk back up takes a little longer!!
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
The location was fantastic. The space was incredible. The photos do not do it justice. Highly recommend. With the windows open you could hear the street music which gave the place a brilliant atmosphere. But shut them and it was silent.
Food was good, Staff were ok but forgot some items ordered. Not a good view of the kitchen from some seated views
Could see the open end of the rear kitchen cabinets (could easily be rectified) and could see what staff we doing in the kitchen.
The hut was amazing! Beautiful location and super cozy. Perfect for a few nights getaway. Owner was super helpful when we couldn’t understand the gate! Would stay at the hut plenty more time
I loved the Skylar Shepherds hut!! Cozy, nice decorated, good view, a little fireplace and attention for detail. It was a small hut, but it felt really bright and open. I had a nice welcome and the owner was very helpful. Recommend!
The room was very well-appointed with a comfortable bed and bathroom. I particularly liked the wooden shutters which kept out the daylight far better than curtains. I usually have to improvise with a blanket or pillows! The staff were personable and friendly. The views are stunning! A gem of a place!
Has big windows with wooden shutters, and a lovely view from the dining space and kitchen. The bedroom and lounge area are spacious. For a party of more than 2, the lounge sofas convert to standard-sized sofa beds. Location was great, with a bus stop right outside, and within walking distance to some tourist attractions such as The Royal Circle. Appreciated how responsive Hannah was in communicating about the flat, and she even recommended some tourist attractions and eateries.
