Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
Staff is very friendly! Shut out to Luis (pool bar next to the beach), Oscar and Mauricio (The Cut) and Alberto F. (buffet), they made our stay. The pool next to the beach was very nice. All restaurants surprised us in a good way because the gastronomic offer was good and had a lot of choice. The cleaning staff always cleaned our room very well.

Location was great & food was amazing! And the rooms were beautiful! Very spacious & up to date. Easy access to the beach with a 5 minute shuttle ride to the beach.
The staff were super friendly, checked me in 2 hours early, my room was HUGE. Their pool was super nice, clean, a great temperature. It was very kind of them to provide beach towels. As soon as I was at the pool they came out and asked if I would like any drinks or snacks, I felt very well taken care of. My whole experience was comfortable, relaxing, and at a very high standard. Top it off with a perfect free shuttle to the airport - where they made sure you were at the right terminal. I highly recommend this place.
Overall the hotel was fantastic. We were in the adults side but managed to see almost all around the hotel. There was a shuttle that took us to the other aide of the hotel.

The beach I can say its amazing!
The food was good, not great not terrible as other were saying about this hotel. I can say that the coffee bar in the Beach side of the hotel was amazing and also the restaurant by the golf course was amazing!!
The games at the pool and beach were nice and we could end up winning prizes.

Golf cart rental (a must especially for families. Resort is vast and provided free shuttle is not always there when you needed it)
We booked the club room and were so glad that we did.
The staff were amazing and we really enjoyed the use of the Adults club lounge and pool area.
Emilio and his colleagues did a fantastic job of ensuring we were well looked after.
The food in all the restaurants, including the buffet was exceptional.
We made use of the shuttle bus a couple of times which took you to a small shopping mall near the airport (The Blue Mall).
