The free e-bikes, the breakfast buffet was modest but it had nice things, free airport shuttle, the friendly and helpful staff, the overall cozy feeling of the place
The staff is very helpful. The shuttle drivers are extremely cooperative. The receptionists are friendly especially a person called Yusuf. Thank you Robin Hood!
Continental breakfast was very good. The e-bikes were awesome and much appreciated. Rooms were very clean and the linen was fresh and white. The renovated bathroom was nicely done with a shower nicer than ours at home. The shuttle service saved us a lot of hassle with transit. Sam, the general manager, phoned us the day after we got home regarding a complaint we had( couldn’t believe that he called!). Excellent location.
Probably friendliest staff anywhere, exceptionally helpful. Made good recommendations and nothing too much trouble. Excellent to have shuttle car available to collect from ferry and drop off in town etc. Everything very clean and environmentally friendly.
The accommodation is near the city center and it’s only a 10 min walk to all the things you want to see. The bathroom is really clean. The bed is also clean. A big cabinet for your stuff. The lady at the reception was really friendly.
The shuttle service was super helpful and convenient.
