Communication from the hotel was prompt. We organised a free shuttle bus with them from the airport. It is far from the town but our sole reason to go there was to see the falls. It is the perfect location. You can organise a paid transfer to and from the falls. We organised a transfer to our argentinian hotel with the tour company in the hotel. It was R$250. Seamless and hassle free. Restaurant in the hotel has decent food with decent prices.
Great location for exploring Iguazú falls on Brazilian site(300-400m from entrance ).Hotel staff was very professional and helpful.Hotel offer free shuttle service and is very convenient (it’s takes about 5 minutes).Room size was perfect for two people.
We had a breakfast on the morning and quality and variety of the food offered was fantastic.Everything was delicious.We were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel whilst we explored the waterfalls and collected afterwards.
Probably the best choice if you want to be near both the airport and the falls and if you don’t want to be in Foz city. Free airport shuttle and very good shuttle service to the falls for a reasonable fee. Food is not expensive either. Room is nice enough and the pool is nice, especially for families with kids

The location is perfect for visiting Iguazu falls. The airport shuttle & Iguazu shuttle was very easy to arrange. The breakfast was exemplary with plenty to choose from. The rooms were basic yet had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
Our stay at Hotel Colonial Iguassú was excellent. Their buffet breakfast was fantastic. Their tourism desk extremely friendly, efficient and accomodating. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport which is 5 min away and it is easy to organise transport anywhere you wish to go. The hotel also has two very good shops selling souvenirs and gift, including beautiful semi precious stone rings. Location is peaceful and colonial in atmosphere.
