    Very clean, good facilities, well maintained. The location is also excellent for a short walk either to the city center or in the woods. The kids’ entertainment was excellent, the kids’ club was designed with a lot of attention to the detail and mostly wooden and educational toys. The animation for the older children was great too! Lots of dancing, jumping and burning of energy :) the food is great, great variety, especially of fruit and vegetables. The staff are exceptionally friendly and make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble.

    The hotel offers amazing views with top service and the kindest staff members. I loved the lobby bar and the live music. The piano and the fireplace are the winter dream for everyone visiting a SPA place in the cold months. The room we booked was very spacy and super clean. I want to recommend the Classic massage offered at the SPA. Me and my partner both tried it and it was an amazing experience!

    Spa was excellent, it has a wide choice of different massages and all of them are perfect!!! Children really enjoyed chocolate massage, it was a hit!! Villa that we got was really nice, big, clean with barbeque place and fireplace in the living room, we liked it a lot!!!

    Clean and beautiful apartment which has everything you need for a comfortable stay, from fully equiped kitched to board games for all ages. It is nicely located in a new compound, with spacious wooden balcony overlooking pine trees, close to park and thermal pools. Ginka is a wonderful host who assisted us with all our queries and made us feel at home.

    The lobby bar was really outstanding with its fireplace, a woman playing the piano, heavy beautiful furniture and great view. Staff was nice and helpful, doing their best. There is a good pool for kids and very nice SPA area with maybe one if the best relax zones i have seen. Room was spacious and with beautiful view over the city and mountains.

    The breakfast was great and the staff polite. The hotel is fine, but definitely not a 4-star hotel. The shower cabin is super small, and the room was supposed to be with a large double bed, instead there were two beds.
