Sakae, Nagoya
Situated conveniently in Nagoya, Anshin Oyado Premier Nagoya Sakae offers a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 2-star capsule hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage space. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, hot tub, and hot spring bath, as well as a shared lounge. I did not expect this level of premium from a capsule hotel! Beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bedrooms are isolated with a buffer zone to prevent noise - there are also lots of warnings telling people to be quiet in the bedroom area. Free breakfast curry, free drinks all day (soft drink and coffee) and free whiskey in the evening. Fantastic baths (sento/onsen), which turned me onto loving hot springs during my entire Japan stay. It's a men-only hotel and it's really chill. Really loved the place, would definitely go back.

The capsule room was really nice really fancy and quite. The female and male area for capsule, shower and locker are separate. The locker are is at the same floor as the shower are and the lockers are big enough for any types of luggage. The bathroom area was clean, all of the air dryers were working. Excellent location. 5 mins away from Nagoya station, from where one could take the Shinkansen to other parts of the country and the metro to other parts of the city and suburbs. Close to high-end and budget shopping. Many restaurants close-by. 10 mins walk away, there is an excellent South-Indian restaurant. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk; Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. Relaxing in the Library cafe
The location is great and the price is also unexpensive. The room is clean and there are some convenient stores nearby. You can walk to "Sakae" in 10~15mins. Even it is not a very popular location but it's still convenient and quiet. The room is bigger than I expected! For this price, it's even larger than the typical hotel rooms in major Japanese cities. The hotel features a public bathhouse, which is very comfortable, although the water temperature in the bathhouse is a bit too high, haha.
Extremely friendly staff, very clean, room bigger than expected. Fridge in the room, convenient option to wash and dry clothes. Vending machine and microwave availabe. Its a very good hotel brand in comparison with others
Definitely the most modern and well laid out capsule hotel we’ve visited in Japan so far. A great option for solo travellers, barcodes for access and separate male/female lifts felt very safe for everyone. Pods were spacious and private. Shared cleaning area was excellent, of a really high standard and clean! The relaxing space on the top floor was nice but definitely too small for the amount of people that could use it. Many people came and left as no seating space.
Very cute hotel with friendly staff, well located near Nagoya station, the hotel has the standard Japanese sized bedroom, with minimal but beautiful furniture. The bathroom was a bit more spacious than the other hotels that we have stayed. There's a good konbini crossing the street, which was pretty convenient.
Located close to the JR Nagoya Station, 9 hours Capsule Hotels tend to be of similar high quality which makes it an easy, cheap choice for those travelling solo across the country. Nice room, good lockers, very nice showers, really very little to complain about provided you are willing to stay in a Capsule room.
wet modern and well planned out capsule hotel! has an artificial onsen/public bath. it’s separated into genders for all things. capsule room, locker storage, bathhouse. there is also a separate lounge area for women. capsule was nice and roomy and comes with a lock box , storage shelf, free use of charging cables and tv. comes with a tonne of free benefits including use of onsen, full range of beauty products and tools, pjs, basic foods and soft drinks and free alcohol between a certain times
I really loved and enjoyed my Capsule experience so far. Wasabi also exceeded my expectations. Located very close to the Station. Very convenient with the shops. Friendly stuffs and very clean neat rooms and beds.
Really nice for a budget hotel. Exactly as described and the rooftop lounge means you’re not either stuck in your capsule or stuck roaming the city having to spend money to occupy yourself. This was my first time staying at a capsule hotel and I was worried it’d make me uncomfortable but I would definitely go back again, it was a good experience.
The upstairs lobby was great and it was better than a lot of Nine Capsule hotels I’ve been with a more doable check out time! It’s also at a convenient location and close to the station and is near a poplar night life area as well!!
