The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Drake Bay, close to restaurants and tour operators. The room is clean and functional for a good price, and has A/C and fridge which is not usual in the area! We only stayed one night and it was perfect for that. Staff are efficient and friendly. Good WiFi.

My experience at Tunis Surf Camp was absolutely amazing! The owner is incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The best part? The low prices! (Which is almost impossible to find in santa Terressa) Plus, being able to rent surfboards there was super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable and fun surf getaway. Will definitely be back!
The property was conveniently located a 5 minute walk from central Quepos. Everything was spotlessly clean and functioned well. The air conditioning was very welcomed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
Location is convenient depends on what you have planned to do: close to the sea and center but far from the beach where to swim. The lady owner is very friendly, available and helpful. Was also really a pleasure talking to her.

After 3 months backpacking and sleeping in cheap accommodations, we decided to go above budget and booked the Birding Lodge. It was worth every penny. We cooled down by the pool, observed scarlet macaws and capuchin monkeys, enjoyed fantastic sunset views, gazed at starry skies and slept peacefully. Furthermore, we were able to walk to Carara and the crocodiles bridge. Federico and Alba were very welcoming and, knowing we will come/leave by bus, they picked us and dropped us to the bus stop on the main road. Fast WiFi and free coffee.

We had a private room and it was perfect for two. The staff were all super friendly. There were restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance. It is a bout a 5 minute walk to the beach with heaps of surf board hire places around. Pretty easy parking there as well. Good vibes :)
The pool area is nice, and the staff friendly. Everything else disappointing. Yes its low budget, but it costs nothing to get a bedside table with a 2$ lamp. Or a cheap wardrobe to hang something, anything. Or a simple hook for the towels. Common sense...
