    Staff was so friendly and helpfull. Restaurant is great with an extensive menu. We ate there everyday. Breakfast buffet was good. Large room with balcony and great view, near beach. You just climb the stairs to the busstation to go into the city. Very cheap and simple. HK dollars can be used everywhere.

    We throughly enjoyed our weekend away at Artyzen from the moment of arrival to checkout. The room is spacious and stylishly decorated. The bed was super large and comfy. All stuff members were nice and helpful. The free shuttle bus services to other parts of the city (from the hotel right next door) were convenient too. We enjoyed spending some time at the hotel bar with a friendly barman and live music. Outdoor facilities are excellent. And the breakfast was substantial. We will definitely come back soon!

    The breakfast was rather nice. The room was more than comfortable and clean with a great shower and bath, comfortable bed, and free coffee and tea. Anything and anything to be sent to the room is conveniently ordered through an app. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and indoor jacuzzi are great. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, and I guess very nice for people with kids.

    The shuttle (to the Londoner) took us from the ferry terminal to the hotel, very easy and free. The location was great if you are looking to stay in the middle of the casinos and malls. If you want to explore the Macao city center, you can always take the free shuttle to another hotel on the other side of the bridge and a taxi from there (cheap and can be paid in HKD). Staff was also friendly when called upon. Room was great.

    Staff were friendly and helpful, treated us like VIPs. Family room very spacious. Fruit platter, coffee capsules, first round of mini bar drinks/cookies were covered in the booking. Central location to site seeing, public transport to Taipa. Shuttle bus services, especially to Macau/China border very convenient.
