Shik Shack Backpackers is located close to the village of Sigagule in the Limpopo Region, 32 km from the Orpen Gate to Kruger National Park. It was such a quirky little place. Lovely environment and there was a viewing deck overlooking Kruger national Park. Stars were stunning at night time. Cabin we stayed in was clean, food was delicious and staff were super helpful. Had a group of girls that were volunteering to help with some renovations while we were there so there was a bonfire at night, music and good company. Great vibes. Was also wonderful to see how they were helping the community through their NPO.

Surrounded by unspoilt bush where elephants roam freely, Kaoxa Bush Camp is an eco-friendly property located in Mapungubwe Park. Free private parking is available on site. We loved Koaxa - especially as there was no one else staying! It was very rustic but comfortable.
