The family were the loveliest people I’ve met. They were exemplary in every way, as was the Homestay. Everything was clean and the breakfast was lovely. Can book buses/ treks/ taxis through the hostel. Best service and a lovely home. Could not recommend this place more.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Bắc Hà, Bac Ha Charm Stay is a campground surrounded by views of the garden. The property features a garden, bar and parking on-site among other facilities. This campground offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. Very well designed and cared of to every details. Super clean.

Featuring full-day security, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The campground provides mountain views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. My family and I had an exceptional stay at the bungalows. From their taxi service at the bus depot to leaving, all staff were very friendly and accommodating. The views from the room were breathtaking, and it was conveniently located for nice places to eat and walking. If you are walking around at night, I would recommend having your phone torch ready to make your way back as some of the paths are steep and slippy in the dark.
We have an excellent stay at this boutique hotel. Rooms is very clean and beds are so conmfy. The breakfast is the best I've had in a hotel in Viet Nam. Their restaurant Mam is really great. The place is extremely welcoming, warm and cozy. A beautiful garden with nice lights, plants and a great view. The food was very tasteful and delicious. The service was friendly, attentive and helpful. I would definitely go again! Thanks Sam, my friend who has always supported me.

The food provided is delicious and it is right in the city centre meaning everything is in walking distance.
The room was very clean. The staff take care of all your needs. For example, if it is raining, they give you an umbrella.

Really loved this hotel. Great location as it’s close to the Center of everything yet set back down a quiet road. Kevin who worked behind reception was really helpful and kind throughout my stay, also helped with giving me directions, places to visit and even sorted the hire of motorbike for me. Hotel and room were very clean and had one of the best views out of my balcony in the whole of Vietnam. Will definitely stay here next time.
Very clean room and bathrooms with good bar and pool table
Very modern, during Covid 19- newly build hotel, less than 10min walking to the main centre, room was very clean and looked nice. The staff was absolutely phenomenal and always made sure we had everything we needed. When we left, they even prepared a lunch package for the transfer back to Hanoi. Can recommend!

Really good value for money, bed very comfortable and shower facilities are very clean and well looked after. Heaters in room incase you’re cold and heaters in showers too. Staff were so nice and allowed us a very late check out at no extra cost. If you’re looking for affordable accommodation for a night or two you can’t go wrong.
