The nearest airport is East Texas Regional Airport, 52 km from the campground. Loved the location. Very quiet. Disappointed we didn't see any wildlife tho. 😉 I would definitely stay again as one night wasn't long enough to really enjoy the "place". The back deck was really nice to sit out and enjoy the view and serenity as it was covered. Next time I'll enjoy morning coffee out there. The bed was comfy firm, but not so much for the pillows.

It’s great that every cabin has their own picnic table for dining on the lawn under the trees. The big grill is very conveniently located so you can grill and walk with your food to your cabin. The owner gave us a long list of tips what to do and where to eat in the area and she was in general very helpful and nice. The soaps that are provided are awesome!

The nearest airport is Huntsville Municipal Airport, 44 km from Outback Campground and Marina. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The surroundings are safe and secure and the cabin being by the lake is really nice
