Sightseeing tours are available within easy reach. The campground features a picnic area and a barbecue. Owner was very nice. I did not had any cash only card and he gave me 10 nok to take a shower. We had a super pleasant conversation. Everything was great.

The owner of the camping site and his son were very helpful and friendly. Cabin cozy and well equipped. Very easy to hire a canoe for an hour. Lovely

All of Eidsdal Camping og Feriehus’s options feature wood-panelled interiors and a seating area with sofa. Rooms have private or shared bathroom facilities. A stovetop, fridge and kitchenware are included in the kitchenette. I liked a lot about privacy of this accommodation. It was six bedroom two story house. Just a little separate from other cabin´s whith lot´s of tree´s and foliage around. Firs´t thought´s were "just a another camping cabin with many around" but this one was not next to the other´s. I spen´t three days there with my family of six and it was perfect. Kid´s loved that they had their own rooms. I loved that the house was not near other cabins´s. I would recommend this for a big family who like´s to have space. Lot´s of outdoor possibilities around, and Geiranger is really close too. Ofcourse, if one need´s anything to be new as possible this might not be the place. Old style furniture, which in my opinion fit´s this place perfectly. Sturdy, rugged :-)

A fridge is fncluded in all Fjorden Campinghytter cottages, along with basic wooden furnishings. Some have a kitchenette with a coffee machine, heated floors, a flat-screen TV and private bathroom, while others have shared bathroom facilities. The location is exceptional. You have a great view of the fjord and the mountains from a quiet location removed from the town. Assuming the weather is nice you can enjoy your meals outside while admiring the view. The huts are equipped with a fridge, cooking utensils, kettle and a small electric stove. Basically everything you need to prepare a meal. Depending on the hut, there may or may not be a private sink. If not you have to get water from the shared facilities. The staff/owners are very friendly and have managed the property since before starting to rent out huts and cabins. (It was originally farmland.) When we visit Geiranger again in the future we would definitely want to stay again. PS: Also, no mosquitos and midges here!
