A lovely historical building that is well kept with a beautifully decorated restaurant/breakfast room. The room was very clean and quiet. The sheets and covers were ironed, I truly appreciated that. Modern and clean bathroom. Traffic noise was not a problem during our stay. The breakfast was of very good quality with lots of choices. We would definitely stay there again.

The rooms where very clean! I love it! They also had a charging station for Tesla Cars. Thank's a lot for the charging, very much appreciated. :) Makes the start with a fully charged car easier the next day. :)

Lovely view from the camping, clean. Great thing that there was a fridge and kettle in the hut. I visited Hjerkinn during winter and with strong winds and cabin was very warm. Showers and toiletes were clean. Place to park besides the cabin is a plus.

The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great. The staff were lovely.

Travelling by foot from the station was a bit of a trek with quite a steep hill to navigate. However, the cabin was clean and the bed comfy but at the time of year I was there no food facilities were available and although there was a hotplate available to cook on in my case I did not have anything to cook with so another trek to the town to buy some precooked chicken from the supermarket was necessary. I should probably have known that the facilities were limited as it is a camp site.

Great views, friendly campers, beautiful and comfy cabins, plug sockets everywhere. Didn't expect any internet so the WiFi was nice.

It is a lovely authentic wooden hotel in a lovely and convenient location. We used it as an overnight stay on our way to Geiranger. The location at the river is beautiful. One room had a beautiful new bathroom. The other room had an old bathroom in desperate need of renovation. For one night it was ok. The bed were excellent. I slept very well. Breakfast was good and tasty. Would definitely stay here again. There is also a camping there at the river. We didn't use the pool, but it was a nice extra.

we loved the camping bell tent on its own island next to the river - great view and very quiet. two of our party stayed in the main building (with private bathroom) and two in the tent- tent was the better experience even if we had to walk to a communal toilet block. Both offered comfortable nights sleep and the homely restaurant offered a decent simple food and great fresh breakfast included in room rate; real scrambled eggs beautifully cooked together with fresh bread and salmon was our family favourite.

It was all very clean and comfortable, and the staff could not have been more helpful.
