Great value in the heart of everything. This is a very simple hotel with everything I look for. 5 minutes from the Malecon boardwalk, hundreds of restaurants, and endless shops. Very clean, with a friendly staff. Beautiful pool with plenty of lounge chairs, 10 feet from the beach.
All of the Hotel's facilities are very clean and I have always taken care of the quality of the water in the pool on a daily basis. The employees are very polite and cheerful (Mexicans are the best in Mexico). Good sized apartments, with a balcony and we even had a free upgrade. For those with children, there is an area of the beach protected by rocks that break the waves and this was very good.
We liked the location, it's a great beach, very clean, friendly and very helpful staff, amazing food, great welcome wine. Comfortable and good connection to the internet. It is very easy to organise everything from overseas. A great choice for family holidays.
Excellent location in the middle of the Zona Romantica but in a quiet street. Close to the beach and bars and restaurants. Big and very clean rooms, nicely decorated.
We enjoyed how the hotel is a bit away from the busy roads. It is also a 10 minute walk away from many places including the beach, restaurants, stores.. The hotel has very nice potted plants and is very clean. The cleaning staff was very helpful and courteous. The location is great, close to the romantic zone in a cab.
1) The location is unbeatable, there's a convenience store nearby, a food court, and Centro Magno, a small mall. 2) The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is great, with good pressure and temperature. 3) The staff are amazing, and go out of their way to help. 4) The breakfast is fantastic, if a bit pricey.
Perfect backpacker hostel in the old part of Puerto Vallarta, just a couple of blocks from the beach and main plazas. Lots of food options and convenience stores nearby. Many nice spots to hang out around the hostel, and an awesome rooftop terrace were they serve breakfast and you can hang out. Nice vibe at the place, and I met a bunch of cool people here, both backpackers and mexicans on vacation. The owner was super cool and let me store my SUP board for a small fee. Charming boutique hotel, centrally located, walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops. Very clean and quiet, beautifully decorated and comfortable suite with kitchenette and sitting area. Friendly and very helpful staff, especially Marcela.
Staff were very good. The rooftop pool was nice and we enjoyed it. I wish the pool was open even later in the night. The room was designed very well and it was very clean. I suggest put a coffee machine in the rooms. Also the free coffee was awesome and it would be great if it was 24 hrs instead of 7-11 am. The location was far from city centre however it was close to many good shopping centres and we really enjoyed the food at food park closeby. The hotel also provided access to the nearest beach which was a great perk and we appreciate it.
The hotel is very clean and modern. The location was excellent. The beach is only a few blocks down the street, there are restaurants, bars and nightclubs, and convenience stores minutes away yet it is situated in a quiet neighborhood. It was an easy to walk to everything in zona centro. The rooftop had a wonderful view of the bay. It was nice to stay at a hotel with a pool. The housekeeping was amazing. They always added special touches.
