I really enjoy the friendly staff. They genuinely want to make you happy. The location is very nice with many places to eat. It's very safe as well. There's a police station and a hospital close by.

It was a comfy place to stay for a few nights in CDMX. There's a grocery store right nearby and the bed and room was comfortable. The wifi worked well and the hot water in the shower had good pressure. We went in December so it was pretty cold but they had provided extra blankets and we managed to stay pretty cozy.

This place is really ! An hotel close to everything. People are really nice and everything is really new. This hotel got A/C, it’s very clean and on top of technologies. I spent really nice days there. The neighborhood is really nice with everything at proximity. You are really close to Chapultepec, el Angel, etc. I did that by foot.

Love this hotel. I always stay here when in the airport. It's not luxury but it's definitely not basic either. Its pretty modern and very clean. The staff are always super nice, amazing location pretty much inside of the airport (you just walk across the skybridge to get there (Terminal 1). I think value for the cost is spot on.

I had a long stay (~10 days). The location was great, close to the subway and it was a nice neighborhood. Breakfest was ok, it was good to have the option to eat there. The room didn't have air conditioning or a fan, so it was challenging during the day. The hotel also works as a place for couples to meet for a "quick encounter". It didn't really botter me, just when they were too loud lol. The staff was kind and the room was very clean.
Breakfast was good. The location is good because it is within Roma Norte but also close to Line 3, which I used a few times. The room and bathrooms were very clean, with lots of light, and not too loud at night. We were the only ones in the B&B for most of the stay, so it was very quiet and very nice. The wifi was good, no complaints. Octavio is very nice and friendly.
The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Tiles in the entryway to the hotel were being replaced so maintenance is ongoing! The location is perfect - one block from Catedral and Templo Majer. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Helpful staff - concierge and front desk staff speak English. The concierge was able to help with where to get the COVID test for flying back to the US. A+ Will stay here again!
