Very modern pod, only a year old. Stunning location right at the end of the valley, past the last town and literally the end of the road. You don't see the staff as the pods are ready for you. There's no wi-fi as it's very remote but there is digital TV. You can use your phone wifi as a hotspot if you want to use your Amazon Fire Stick or similar (there is good phone signal). The 2nd night was comfier than the first once you find your way around a bit, I was visiting family so didn't really do the tourist things. But you are right in mountain bike country and there's plenty of hiking right from the pod. We stayed in at night, there's a basic sofa good TV and the pods are warm with radiators. The bathroom is properly plumbed, instant hot water and the shower is big enough. Probably won't suit more than a couple unless you have a small child on the sofa. I am just under 6 foot which was about right for the pod, otherwise you might bump your head a bit (it's a Dome) when you go to the loo, You enter and exit the bed at the bottom which I suppose you would do if you were camping.

The owners Leslie and Mike were very friendly and welcoming, the room was very clean and had everything you needed in there. I am gluten free and I was looked after very well with what breakfast I needed. We will definitely be going back there when we can and the location was fantastic, the sea and beach was a 2 minute walk away.
It was the perfect mix of camping and glamping. We had everything we needed! We lit a campfire in the valley with the shadow of the hills behind and we slept like babies with the stream rippling next to the tent. Who needs a luxury spa when you have a Welsh oasis of peace!
perfect little site, great location close to some lovely beaches The site and our geodome were very clean. Lighting the wood fired hot tub was new for us, but instructions were easy to follow and Iwan popped to see us to check all was well. Best hot showers we’ve experienced glamping! Highly recommend for couples and families wanting a relaxing stay with nice private pitches and plenty of space of our own
The glamping pod we stayed in was ideal for our stay. It was very clean, well equipped, close to supermarkets, tourist sites and the beaches.
We stayed at the Pod last week, it was very clean & comfortable with everything you need there! Modernest caravan park was lovely & quite morning & night time! The location was easy access for car or bikes. We hired bikes for the week and did a few rides (won’t lie the hills killed me off) but we did get lovely views & Newborough Beach at the end! The hosts were welcoming and friendly and left us be whilst we was there. Would definitely recommend this place to stay, we will be returning next summer ourselves! :)
The campsite was immaculate. The Shepherds hut was spotless and the bed extremely comfy. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The owners were friendly and helpful. The caravan park was a short walk from the beach and a short drive from Newquay town. We would definitely recommend.
Nice quiet location (but if you unfortunately have noisy neighbours during your stay, you’ll likely be kept awake), very clean albeit small amenity block, lovely small cove with beach in driving distance, the upside of camping (eating outside) without actually having to pitch a tent. Hot tubs looked great, sadly we didn’t get to use them. Use of a bbq or fire pit makes evening feel much nicer once sun has set. You can purchase logs and firefighters from caretaker for £5
