Some chalets have a seating area and/or terrace. There is also a kitchen in some of the units, fitted with an oven and microwave. A fireplace is also featured in some chalets. location was beautiful. very convenient for climbing in Ailefroide, and our chalet was adjacent to a field of wildflowers with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. the chalet itself was fully equipped for cooking. though we didn't cook, we enjoyed eating at the picnic table on the deck outside, and use of the deck chairs. the cute outdoor twinkle lights were also very charming. the camp store at the office had all the essentials, and they can make your morning coffee at the outside cafe. the entire place was immaculate. staff was friendly and helpful. local kombucha sold there was great!

CAMPING LE GRAND VERNEY is set in Novalaise and has a pool with a view and mountain views. The property is around 15 km from SavoiExpo, 18 km from Fountain of Elephants and 28 km from Bourget Lake. The campground offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Self catering place, with a superb pool - mostly empty in the morning for long swims-. The mobile home was just enough for the 4 of us and the dog. The ground is quite extensive and the little road outside the gate safe for walking the dog . A drive in bakery comes in the morning at around 9am. The manager was very friendly and honest, we would be very happy to come back anytime!

Set 23 km from Evian Masters Golf Club, Camping La Pinède offers accommodation with a terrace, as well as a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a bar. There is an on-site restaurant and free private parking. Jet d'Eau is 25 km away and Gare de Cornavin is 26 km from the campground. It was simply splendid. We will be back!!!!

Huttopia Bozel en Vanoise is situated in Bozel, 16 km from Courchevel Ski Station.

Val Thorens is 44 km from the camping, while Megève is 73 km from the property. The nearest airport is Chambéry-Savoie Airport, 99 km from the property. It was a pleasure to stay in Huttopia, very well equiped house with fireplace, very clean and comfy. Perfect location near the river and close to the ski resorts. Will be happy to come back.

RCN Belledonne is a 5-hectare holiday park located 7 km from both Bourg d'Oisans and Alpe d’Huez. It offers 2 swimming pools and a spa with a hammam and sauna.

The mobile homes are contemporary in style and include a terrace with a seating area and BBQ. Each one also has a kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower. The location for cycling, the staff, the facilities, the food/ snacks for take away! It is a family oriented camping, but is also good good for training oriented cyclists!
