The mobile home was just enough for the 4 of us and the dog. The ground is quite extensive and the little road outside the gate safe for walking the dog . A drive in bakery comes in the morning at around 9am. The manager was very friendly and honest, we would be very happy to come back anytime!

Everything, the hotel was in excellent condition, with large friendly rooms and some excellent facilities. The spa area was very clean and relaxing with a variety of things to enjoy. The breakfast was wonderful and there was only a 10/15 mins walk MAX to everything in the town.

The location is unbeatable with the proximity to the lake, the views and also the lovely village outside the main town center. The private access to the beach is also incredible. The room was always kept very clean and tidy and had fantastic views of the lake. The bed was super comfortable.
Very well equipped and the location is top! The owner got maximum from this space, of course. It has a proper kitchen, high quality appliances, all is brand new and very clean. Nearby you can find the best beach of Annecy, beautiful views, supermarkets, great boulangerie, pizza, etc. An outdoor terrace is very pleasant! A dishwasher and the washing machine are so handy.
Everything! The rating score on booking doesn't do this hotel justice! I had a large, spotless, nice room, with a spacious bathroom. It looks like newly renovated, very clean and well decorated. Air conditioning and coffee machine work wonderfully. Location is right at the beach. The price comparing to other hotels in Annecy is very cheap, and the value is top!
Appartment is very clean, with a very well equipped kitchen, both the large bedrooms have shower facilities,aswell as the fantastic views.
It is a good stop when you travel a loop of Lake Geneva. Very clean and new hotel. They have a private beach which is awesome to swim.
