In December-April evenings, weather permitting, the cabins can be moved to be on the ice of Lake Inari. This property is 1.5 km from Inari Village in Finnish Lapland. I liked everything about my stay there starting from how friendly the people are to how unique the experience is of staying the night in a mobile cabin in the middle of a frozen lake. many thanks to Sampsa, Esko and his wife in making our stay an unforgettable experience. They made us feel like home, arranged for us an activity (snow mobile) to do in the evening and prepared a very delicious barbecue dinner in front of a nice fireplace
Sonka
The units at the campground are equipped with a seating area. Every unit has a coffee machine and a private bathroom with a shower, while certain rooms include a fully equipped kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. At the campground, the units have bed linen and towels. Everything was perfect! A nice, quiet and cozy cottage located in a reindeer family farm about an hour away from Rovaniemi. The property owners were super kind, responsive and kind. The location is perfect in every way, if you are seeking to see the northern lights, visit a family owned reindeer farm or do a husky safari just down the road at Pinewood Huskies.
Utsjoki

Tornio

Cottages at Camping Tornio have wooden interiors and access to shared bathroom facilities. Some cottages have a TV.
Kids had so much fun here and parents were able to relax. Trampoline, pool, river, minigolf, bikes and pedal cars were great. There is a big hypermarket nearby (5-10 mins by bike, 20 mins by foot) and staff was very friendly. Being able to park the car right next to the cabin was handy.
Ivalo
Set a 5-minute drive from Ivalo town centre, Ivalo River Camping offers heated cottages with shared kitchen facilities in the summer time, free parking and free WiFi. Ivalo Airport is a 12-minute drive away. Relaxation options include a sauna and a terrace during summer. The property is great for a winter wonderland holiday - a nice location close to Ivalo airport, but still in the middle of nature and close to Ivalo River, which is great for aurora hunting. The cabins are very cute and cozy. There is a nice hike that they informed us about that led us to a beautiful viewing point, and they lend you sleds during your stay which was fun. Breakfast is tasty, and the cabins have a water boiler, mini fridge and microwave (on top of a shared kitchen), which makes it easy to make your own meals if you wish to.
Kilpisjärvi
Offering barbecue facilities, Naali Mökki offers accommodation in Kilpisjärvi. This campground features a garden and free private parking. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the campground's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. What a lovely cabin a bit outside of Kilpisjärvi! The cabin is located on a small hill with a nice view over the fells. Even the cabin is small, you find everything there you need! Kitchen well equipped, modern bathroom, comfortable beds! Even I arrived before check-in time, they made sure I could already pick up the cabin key.
Kyrö

Beautiful nature, good camping, they suggested to us to change cabin to a room with no additional price, but we stayed in a small cabin and just enjoyed it!

Very nice house specially for the price paid. not far from the town center and bus station. I saw a couple of negative reviews regarding the cleaning but this was not the case for us. Bathroom, bed sheets and towels very clean. Highly recommended.
Very nice accommodation. It has amazing, big kitchen with all the amnenities, terace and sauna inside the bathroom which was perfect. The apartment was very clean, owner kind. Parking in front of the house or next to it. Very quiet and comfy. Recommend it.

Easy access from Rovaniemi, quiet and clean. Lots of parking space. Comfortable and spacious room with big screen TV. Some rooms have a terrace with outdoor barbecue (for summer obviously). Billiard in the bar area.
Very beautiful apartament with every facilities. It is located in a central position near supermarket, bus station, city center and especially to the Santa Claus bus stop. It’s very clean, warm and the sauna is fantastic. We lived there for 4 days and Minna, the owner has been very kind. She picked up us from the train station and she explained us all the things in the flat. She gave us some usefull advices. We surely come back in Valkea!
Although called "River Camping" it might be better to call it "Roadside Camping". The busy road is between where my hut was situated and the river. I was travelling with public transport and the bus stop is conveniently situated on the busy road right by the campsite. No food shops nearby.
First of all: if you think about staying here for one night, great start. But I'm telling you, this is a place where you want to stay longer. Just go ahead and plan that extra day to stay. You won't regret it. Erverything was absolutely perfect. The location is beautiful, the house is very clean. The beach was incredibly nice. There are free bikes and boats to use. The Sauna in the house was also really nice and was ready within 30 minutes We wish we could have stayed longer and plan to come back some day!
