During the trip we could easily contact him if we needed info about the van or suggestions about Palma.
The return was also very easy, communication was perfect all along.

My boyfriend and I decided to take a short trip to Mallorca, and a friend recommended this hotel in Playa de Palma. It is a nice little hotel very very close to the seashore, only 50 steps away, the staff is super friendly and very thoughtful. It was a pleasure to walk on the beach in the morning. It looks like it was recently opened, but they work very well and everything was very clean and new. We loved Carlos and Katy, the main staff, they were so kind with us. Hope we will be back soon!
Staff are excellent, very welcoming. Rooms very clean, good size, balcony, mini bar, lovely bathroom. Breakfast has great choice, lovely dining room area. Nice pool and play area for children. Lovely area with shops, port, beach and restaurants.
Great resort, relaxing vibe, the staff were very nice and friendly. Everything was very clean. It seemed pretty big for us size wise. The beach is just down the stairs which was a great advantage as well. Overall great experience and will definitely come back.
Location 5 min from the spacious beach (no toilets and changing roooms). Very clean apartment with all facilities needed and big balcony with lovely view. Swimming pool to use. Very kind personel in reception (located in the opposite side hotel).
Wonderful staff with loads of enthusiasm when communicating and organising activities. A lot to do for children, recommend for families with children. Very clean pools with lifeguards sitting next to them. Good variety of food and drinks. Nice decor in the hotel, daily maintenance of rooms that kept them very clean. Close proximity to the beach.
Amazing hotel that totally exceeded my expectations. its perfect for a relaxing getaway. rooms and facilities are very clean, staff is extremely helpful and reactive, there are 2 pools that allows for all guests to have their own privacy and space, its not crowded nor busy. there are some special offers like transfers to beach, picnic box, happy hour and tasting menu, which give additional touch to your stay. overall, the service, staff and location are really amazing. my highest recommendations.
- Good location, 10 minutes drive to the beach and 30 minutes to Palma - very clean inside the house - very big outside area, no neighbours, quiet area - acces to the garden with fruits and vegetables - nice pool and barbecue - parking
The hostel is really beautiful, the beds comfortable, everything very clean, nice staff, good lockers in the bedroom. The bar is nice and the cheapest option you can find around. The cocktails and food are good. They have nice daily activities like picnics at different beaches, boardgames, history classes and etc. The location is very good if you’re going to use public transport.
Beautiful pool and garden, barbecue, table tennis - perfect facilities for relaxing and entertaining. Villa was very clean and location near the beach was great. The host was also very helpful and happy to organise taxis etc for us. We had an amazing time!
