All rooms has no toilets аnd washstands . Only joint facilities in the end of a long corridor.
All night long there were coming a crowds of a drunk German visitors . They were so noisy and aggressive that we were had to call to police.
My family did not sleep at all.
Just to save your reputation as a proper service , you have to rdelete this point from an offer.

Very clean bath room
Everything was excellent. The personal was very kind and gave us super recommendations. The apartments are in a central area, but also a quiet neighborhood. There is a supermarket just in front of it, which we found very practical and there are also a lot of good restaurants and coffee shops around. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole apartment was very clean. We’d definitely book this place again.

The location of the hotel is right in the center, strong WiFi, friendly and helpful woman in the reception, rooms are big and very clean. Breakfast was very nice with some different options every day. Parking is available outside the hotel buy reservation or around 200 m away at a public parking for 9 euros a night. Fast check in process.
Very convenient location 7 minutes from the city canter.The apartment has absolutely everything (powerful hairdryer ,shower gel ,dishes ,cutlery , power and fabric softener)very clean quiet and cozy place.I will definitely book such an apartment on the next trip.I highly recommend this apartment for a holiday in Karlovy Vary.
The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful, however they don't speak much English. They speak Russian and German very well or of course Czech. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety from vegetables to meat selection and full English breakfast.

The hotel is located right near the Colonnada, if you need to regualrly drink the spring waters it would take you 2 minutes to walk. The breakfast and dinner was very good, included veggie selection, hot meals, snacks, icecream and cakes. The service was quick and efficient. The spa procedures are accessible quickly, I presume that depends on the amount of people in the hotel. The sauna and pool are top, very clean. The fitness room were almost always empty and has a very good equipment.
