And everything is brand new and practical - looks exactly as in the pictures. We were quite worried about warmth during our ski trip but chalet was very cozy during whole our stay. It also has very convenient location - walking (about 150m) to the closest ski-lift (you can walk out of chalet in ski boots). It was very convenient stay for the family with two kids. Overall this accomodation exceeded our expectations in every way. Nice welcome gift awaited us when we arrived.
Pick-up of the keys is in pension about 3 km away, closest shops (Spar) is about 4 km (5 min drive). Parking is possible right next to the mobilheim or at the close parking spots. Surrounding is very quiet. Petzen ski centre is quite small, but during our stay (March) there were just few people and slopes were prepared daily.
Landskron
The Berghof mobile homes are located directly on Lake Ossiach. Guests benefit from free on-site parking and free WiFi.
Each mobile home has two separate bedrooms, a living room with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker.

The campground is allergy-free and soundproof. We liked the accomodation. The neighbourhood was quiet, suitable for families with children and pets. Two supermarkets are nearby. There is a bus stop few meters away which takes you to the cable car if you don't want to drive by car.
Sankt Kanzian

On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the campground's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. it was new and extremely clean

The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was diverse and well presented. Their home made jams are also very delicious. There is a fridge downstairs where you could put your self bought lunch and drinks( shop is just around the corner) or you could buy a cold drink from their fridge. There is a private beach and access to the lake just around the back at short walking distance. We were there for the European bike week and the hotel offered secure,sheltered and locked, parking for our bikes.
A VERY cosy home to stay. Lovely traditional interior design, a family business run with remarkable dedication to ensure that your stay will be perfect. Great atmosphère, very clean / amazing food, relaxing wellness area - complimentary access to a private beach and access to mountain cable cars. The hotel is set within a fairy tale landscape. As you have gathered from the above- we all really enjoyed our stay and can only highly recommend it. Go for it !

Very clean and nice place, amazing breakfast, very nice host, the private beach is within walking distance. The room with balcony was spacious with everything you need, beds were comfy. we haven't found anything negative.
The location is good, beach is near and very clean and silent. Generally the hotel building is ok, but it’s old and not renovated for a long time.
Perfect quiet location with multiple trials for bike or trekking. Very clean and nice apartment. Amenities including private sauna, sunny terrace and barbecue. Close distance to lakes and mountains. To add - owners are extremely helpful who make you feel like at home. They are really nice and good people.
