The greeting was exceptional. All the staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. This is a wonderful little hotel with an amazing location. It was also very clean. The pool was just perfect and there are lovely touches like the perfectly kitted out little kitchen and deck chairs / sun shades on the beach. Would definitely recommend and come here again!
Lovely location with pool and over the road access to the beach. Room was great. On the small side, but very clean. Stayed one night and chose hotel as 15 min drive to Chase Stadium (home to Inter-Miami soccer team).
The apartment was extremely comfortable and clean. We had a lovely basket of welcome treats which was really generous. Jane the host was on hand and when we needed it she responded immediately. The apartment had everything you need all kitchen utensils and extras to make the stay home from home. There are also laundry facilities which were great. Nice quiet location within a short walk to beaches and Las Olas Boulevard. Would highly recommend. Ps nice outside area to sit also with a barbecue very handy.
Eileen at the front desk was super friendly and took great care of us whilst checking in. Room was large, comfortable and very clean. Great location, within walking distance from the beach and water taxi stop #5.
The location on the beach is great. The sun loungers and parasols too. Fairly new and of good quality. Perfect for a few days beach vacation.
Our corner room had charm and was very clean.
And there was always a parking space available, despite tight parking conditions. We really appreciated that.

The hotel is very new. Therefore the rooms are in very good condition and it is very clean, the bathrooms are well ahead of the others in this class. The staff is very nice and supportive. No breakfast is offered, but this becomes clear when ordering. And on the other hand there is a small kitchen that you can actually use, with an oven, dishwasher and all the dishes, pots and utensils you need. The location is good: close to the beach and within easy reach of the hotspots of Atlantic Blvd, yet it is very quiet. Recommended.
Very clean and comfortable. My wide doesn't like air conditioning which can be a problem in the hot climate. But the room we were in had windows that opened side and back and there was a nice breeze to keep us cool. I don't know if there are windows front and back for the regular rooms, we were in an end room. The location was great - just a few minutes walk to restaurants, the beach and all the action.
Restaurants and the beach were within a short walking distance of the hotel. The on-site pool was very clean and enjoyable.
Although we arrived at 10:30 a.m., the hotel was able to accommodate us, which was greatly appreciated.
