    The location is a fairy tale. Nicely decorated rooms, very clean, close to the tourist center of the village. The breakfast was delicious and varied. But Naz, our host is the reason why we will definitely go back there. Thank you Naz for everything, we are glad to have met you and we promise to come back to you soon.

    It is a very comfortable boutique hotel, has very clean rooms and lounge zone, friendly personnel. Every morning very delicious turkish breakfast will wait you on the roof of the hotel. I was really surprised by breakfast, it is very reach and tasty. Hotel is situated near center of old Avanos with a lot of restaurants and cafes. it's very warm in the room even in January.

    A great place to stay in Cappadocia. Spent a few days here, good location if you have a car. Free and large car park. The valleys and underground towns can be reached quickly by car. The room is completely according to the description and photos, very clean, room has heating. The owner is very friendly and always ready to help, cooks delicious breakfasts, much better than almost all other places we have stayed before. If we will be in these areas again, we would love to stay here again.

    The host, Naz, is lovely. She made sure to cater for all our needs, going out of her way to make us feel at home and always available. Breakfast was delicious and generous portions & the room very clean and spacious.

    We loved Sendian Guesthouse and Avanos. It is not in the tourism hustle and bustle but still close and covenient enough to reach. Sana is a great host and gave us heaps of tips to help us have the best time in Cappadocia. Rooms and facilities were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious.

    staff give you information about hot air balloons and tours. Dervish and Defne were very helpful to us. The facility was very clean and comfortable. It was very nice to watch the view from the room in the early morning.
