I found it out of the way and the light would not go off. The owner was very nice and was helpful

    House was very clean and spacious enough for our party of five. Very comfortable beds, plenty of extra blankets. Location was great for beach and centre. The host even contacted us mid-stay, asking if we needed anything. We had a lovely stay and would rent again.

    Very clean, silence, comfortable location, train station is near, beach is 10 min, air condition warmed room, because was genuary and outside was vindy and cold, but inside was perfect. Service is top! 10/10

    The location is perfect, very close to the port and beaches, many restaurants around you and I can't express how good the Muscatel wine is! The owner it's an amazing person and the building it's historical. Very well presented and organised. Very clean! Loved it! See you next year!

    Great hosts, very flexible and they were always reachable. The interior is really new and nice, also very clean. Great and well-equipped shared kitchen and a room with a super comfy bed. Also good location, just a few minutes away by foot from the city center. Just something to be aware of: there are some steep stairs to reach the rooms. We definitely recommend Pepa Guesthouse. If you are in Setubal, make sure to visit Troia and it's beautiful beach 😍

    I like so much the owners of the house, they are pleasant people. There beautiful nature around, very clean, cozy and comfortable insight the house. The Wonderful beach is 10 min by car named praia da Figuerinha. Very delicious fruits and vegetables from the garden. My son 2 years old enjoyed walking in the big territory next to the house.
