Stoke Travel's Amsterdam Camping, hotel in Amsterdam

Offering a garden and garden view, Stoke Travel's Amsterdam Camping is set in Amsterdam, 8.2 km from Anne Frank House and 8.7 km from Royal Palace Amsterdam.

The accommodation was completely unusable due to being below the water level . I couldn’t stay and actually got soaked feet just viewing tent under water. Anything short of full compensation is unacceptable . I am still awaiting a response this last week . Completely unprofessional set up .

Not many positive things about the place, as it did not seem to be ready to host people yet. Very expensive for the poor quality received.

It was quirky with a very relaxing vibe. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful (important to an ageing solo traveller) My caravan and the toilet and shower facilities were very, very clean.

The place has a very cool concept and the two areas really give you the vibe of being in a camping site or in the beach. The personnel is very kind and showed us first the areas so we could choose. The showers and toilets were clean and accesible. The breakfast they offer may look simple but it was very good, croissants were fresh, juice was natural, boiled eggs were just on point.

Unique alternative to staying in a hotel. If like us, you enjoy camping this is a brilliant idea. Vans, caravans, huts were all immaculate. Beds very comfortable. Loved the lay out and all the little extras. Great system for coffee, beers, wine & snacks. Loads of showers that were again very clean and warm. Loved the whole experience.

Location is perfect, close to trains and metro. Easy to get to downtown (20 mins, by metro, direct line) and airport... Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and quiet rooms. Complementary coffee, tea and water in the room. Also, there are kettle and fridge in the room which comes handy. Just u few mins away are bars, restaurant and convenience store.

The area around the campsite was nice, the toilets, showers, and our room were clean. I will also recommend it to my friends. The camping is big. It has little beach, you can swim, sunbathe. You can relax in hammock.
