The owner could not have been lovelier!! She was so helpful, always around, great communication. The rooms looks newly refurbed and open. Bed was comfortable, room had good air con. Really enjoyed our stay.

    Location is very good - 5min walk to the beach Playa Norte, close to all restaurants you might want to visit, there is a convenience store right next to the house, and there is also supermarket in walking distance. The pool is perfect to refresh and spend a good time. During the night, it was quiet and i did not hear any noises from loud bars. The room was hot but there was air conditioning and a fan to help make it more fresh!

    We stayed for 2 nights at the mermaid and the pearl and fully enjoyed our time on the island. Anna is a wonderful host and very helpful to understand the island and what there is fun to to. She also organized our snorkeling trip and it was really cool! The room was very clean and spacious and we felt very welcome in the house. The pool on the terrace is a nice plus and one of the best beaches was right around the corner. We definitely recommend staying at Anna's Mermaid and the Pearl.

    Súper nice hotel, 2 seconds (seconds!) walk to the beach. Check in and out is easy, dolor lock is very safe, room is very clean, kitchen very useful. It has air conditioning. Súper safe for a female solo traveller. They let You leave your luggage if the room is not ready (watch out: check in at 3pm). I stayed twice in this hotel, and i would totally go back. Way cleaner than many other places in the island. Proximity to the best beach is an amazing plus.

    Every thing was perfect! Very clean room, amazing courtyard, just like in the pictures. Nice bar, nice cafeteria, beautiful view on the beach and the sea. Just 5 minutes from the most beautiful beach of the island, Playa Norte. They offer pleinty of tours : diving, snorkeling etc. A little bit expensive but worth trying. We took the snorkeling one and it was very nice, our guide very fun and cool. They have yoga classes for free in the morning.

    The room was very clean and had everything needed for cooking. The host was very nice. The location was amazing, close to the beach and the restaurants, but also further away from the noisy streets.

    Excellent location close to beaches, restaurants, ferry, shopping. Very clean. Friendly staff, great rooftop patio with a small pool. Common kitchen area was well equipped and was great for making meals and saving money.

    Very clean. House keeping visits daily. Beds are comfortable. Lovely pool on the roof. Nice to have a full size fridge and freezer along with a fully functional kitchen. On a nice quiet street close to Hidalgo, an easy walk to the beaches. Good water pressure and the AC works well.

    The hotel is just as pictured. It is very clean. The location is excellent as described. It is 5 mins from the ferry station as well as the beach. Playa norte is a 10 min walk away. The staff is fantastic and attentive as well as helpful if there are questions. Even though it is on a busy street, I had no issues with noise once I closed the doors. The AC works great.
