This is the best hotel that we have stayed in Fez. We stayed last year and returned this year for seven weeks. Very clean and the staff are amazing. We plan to stay again next year.
We really enjoyed our stay and it was great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the riad was very clean and really nicely decorated. The view from the rooftop was great, and the food was good too. It is located in the heart of the maze-like medina, but the staff are always on hand to help you find your way if needed. There was a family-like atmosphere within the riad, amongst both the staff and guests.
We loved this exquisite riad ,It is a masterpiece. Our room was very spacious ,decorated in a traditional Moroccan way and very clean . Breakfast was generous and delicious with different kind of Moroccan breads, jams ,butter, omelette , olive, cheese , fresh orange juice and fruits. The most wonderful part were the staff, Meryem and Mohamed who were beyond kind, attentive and so accommodating to all our requests.

The riad is in the middle of the old Medina. I booked the room and got messaged on WhatsApp by Zineb. She gave me tips for parking, which then was super easy. The communication was great. When I arrived I got welcomed with tea, the Riad is amazing. It’s very clean, the roof terrace is very nice and the staff is very nice! Especially Ali is a great guy. He helped me find everything, gave me tips and went out of his way to help me plan my trip. And the food is great! Thank you to the whole team for a great experience!
This riad is beautiful and also a great location just a walk away from medina but yet in a quiet location which was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and room was nicely decorated and very clean. Staff kind and helpful too.
Superb value guesthouse. Small, but very clean and comfortable. Abdelmoneim, the manager, was a superb host. Very highly recommended. Great location, inside the medina but just a few hundred metres from a taxi drop off point.
Excellent location, easy to move in- and outside the Medina. Good breakfast. Riad was very clean, comfy bed. My room was just next to living area/reception. Somebody maybe don't like that, but I did. Super friendly staff. BUT THE BEST THING IN THIS RIAD WAS ABDELADIM, who made my stay unforgettable. He really made me feeling at home (and so did also his family). It was so nice to chat with him and he did everything for me, all I had to do was to enjoy the holiday. Points 11/10♡.
This property was so colourful + reliable. I love the location, just outside the medina near the main road, easily accessible + close to a pharmacy, convenience stores, restaurants, taxi etc. Adnane + Tarik were super helpful with any of my questions + supportive. I loved the double room, the mattress was firm + comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with hot running water, towels + toilet paper on arrival. This was my little home away from home + relaxing place away from the life of the media. Shukran bezef!
