    its located at the beach. you have a nice balcony shared with other visitors. the place was very clean and the people were nice and helpful :) there is a very good restaurant nearby, "let's sea"!

    The room was very clean, cosy with beautiful balcony and view. Close to the beach, a bit far away from city center but there are buses all the time so it’s not a problem. You can see that the place is new because it’s very clean there. Breakfast was nice - fruits, toast jam, tea, omelette. My friend is vegan and after our request we got some extra food for breakfast. Owner was very helpful and kind. Thank you so much

    Great beachfront bungalow, always nice sea breeze and lots of mature trees for shade. very clean and spacious bathroom with hot water, comfortable large bed, table, chairs and hanging space for clothes! It is the perfect place for rejuvenating, long beach walks, just chilling, reading a book or exploring the city by a short bicycle ride!     Such cute little cabanas right on the beach. Everything you need, very clean, wifi strong. The most amazing staff EVER. So helpful, always smiling and providing the best service. Breakfast and dinner delicious. Totally recommend! 😍

    We booked 3 nights and ended up staying 10 days. Beautiful surroundings, lovely garden perfect for relaxing in, and for our daughter to enjoy. Monkeys in the trees every morning. Amazing waking up to birds singing outside. The place is nice and simple. Rooms are very clean. Suranga, the owner was very kind and helpful. Plus, a great chef. We ate dinner a couple of times and loved it! And also, walking distance to a paradise beach and other local restaurants. Would definitely come back.

    Very clean rooms. Spacious and the beds are very comfortable. They are very friendly and they provided very tasty breakfast. Srilankan and western both options are available. Prices are very reasonable. Beautiful beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel. Great place to stay when you visit Tangalle.

    Beautiful accommodation with very nice hosts. The Gems Garden Guest House is a family business who offers delicious authentic Sri Lankan breakfast and very clean rooms. It's close to the sea with a long natural beach. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

    Frangipani Beach Villa was exceptional. From the moment we arrived and were served an ice cold drink on the beach it felt like a home away from home. Good sized rooms, very clean pool, excellent breakfast, and the perfect location were all topped off by first class from service from the team. Their advise on where to visit and when was spot on and they also helped arranged our onward transport. Thank you Frangipani Beach Villa!

    Very nice location (10 minutes by foot to a beautiful beach). The room was very clean and comfortable. The atmosphere with the family was really nice. The service offerd by Sandhu and his mother was perfect. We recommend this property 100%.
