I and my family stayed at this hotel for two days. During those two days, we found the staff of this hotel to be very friendly, and the food and drinks of the hotel were also very tasty. We are also pleased that the rooms are very clean.
The place is awesome. They’re equipped with modern furniture and facilities. Very clean and cozy. Stuff was nice & friendly, quickly responsive.
View from the balcony was good.
We needed a room upgrade for a balcony room and they provide it with very low extra fee.
No trouble at Check-outs.

This was my second time in this apartment. When I wanted to go to Nuwaraeliya first thing coming to my mind is this apartment. Really good location , very helpful staff.
Specially Neranjala and Upali & and The boy who met me first when I went that apartment those are really great staff. Cooking facility , very clean , Big parking area everything thing is perfect.
The apartment looked the same as the photos on Booking.com. The staff were available all the time and very supportive. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional. The entire apartment was very clean. The interior, lighting, and ventilation of all areas were excellent. The views from the apartment were decent.
We really enjoy our stay: it is like the pictures, it was very clean and nice.
Staff was very helpful, and got in touch also in advance to know if we need support with our trip. Suggested good place to eat, while our friends in the adjecent villa were able to cook in the equipped kitchen.
Good and rich breakfast was served directly into the appartament.
Just wished we could stay longer to enjoy more the area!
Very clam and quiet location and an ideal place to relax. Middle of the town has access to anywhere. Staff was exceptionally helpful for elderly ladies who went with us. Very clean rooms, good food and worth for expenditure. Also arranged a barbecue on our request at short notice without any negative attitude. Spent a good & relaxed vacation.
Chose this hotel because it was near the train station and enjoyed my stay. Room was very clean with a welcoming view. Host was very responsive to requests. Nearby convenience stores. Walking distance to a tea house.recommended !
