Lovely glamping tent with very private garden for your hot tub. Really enjoyed family time on the terrace. Location is great near the lake and over the road from Caneva and Movieland. Great delivery service of bread and croissants. Main pool was peaceful and clean. Staff were friendly.

The staff was very welcoming and told about boat trips on Lake Garda. The beds in our room were also comfortable. We cannot rate the breakfast as we cooked and ate it ourselves in the kitchen of our one bedroom apartment. But we went to enjoy dinner at the restaurant, and it was delicious with a wide choice of dishes.
The host sent me messages with the location and we met him in the front of the apartment. I think he leaves near , because he came in 2-3 min after we arrived. He explained us everything about the apartment and I appreciate that he left us in the fridge, water, pepsi & a bottle of prosecco .
The apartment was very well equipped with everything you should need. Very clean , new furniture. The location great, 4-5 min walk until beach, shops . Easy to reach in Sirmione by car ( 7-8 min) depending on traffic. Very quiet area.
Super lovely, friendly, and welcoming staff. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a marvelous view. The beach (lake shore) nearby was breathtaking, and all must see/ do activities were close to the accommodation.
Lastly, the food was top notch, we loved the Italian specialties. Big up for the kitchen crew!
The property is very modern, very clean and it offers breakfast. The owners offer an amazing service, asking guests if they need clean towels or bedsheets. They go above and beyond for the comfort of their guests. The property is close to lovely bars and restaurants. It’s 15 minutes walk to a beach. There’s a supermarket 10 minutes walking distance. There’s also a tiny coquette terrace for the use of the smaller double room, which I rented for 3 nights. The property has an impeccably clean kitchen for the use of the guests.
Very clean, newly renovated room, beautiful terrace towards the lake, room was on the smaller side but absolutely sufficient, nice beach nearby (Lido di Lugana), not too far from the sirmione center (15-20 mins by foot). Not a luxurious stay, but insanely good value for money, so if you're on a budget I highly recommend it.
Beautiful location. Close to the Center of town plus sights and Jamaica beach. Rooms spacious and very clean. Staff helpful. Breakfast excellent. Pool area was great for an afternoon relax.
Really helpful owners, great quiet location but only 3 minutes walk from Sermione circular bus route bus stop, ice cream shop, several restaurants and lakeside beach. Attractive pool area which is big for the number or rooms so never busy. Hotel was very clean and maintained with daily maid service. Lovely continental choice for breakfast with boiled eggs if wanted. Really reasonably priced for location.
The hotel is in a prime location, directly next to the lake and in the center of the city, where there is a large number of restaurants, bars and shops. A big bonus is the parking lot next to the hotel for an additional fee. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The hotel itself and rooms are very clean. Access to the beach and other attractions is quick and easy. We especially liked the possibility to rent bicycles for free.
