The Sheraton Senggigi has a very friendly and helpful staff. We found the hotel very clean and comfortable. The pool & beach area is also beautiful and well maintained. We can highly recommend. We felt very welcome with our small children and would book it again.
The location is convenient is in senggigi high Street. Easy walk to the restaurant, pub, night club, salon, spa and to the locals shop. The swimming pool and the restaurant facing the beach view.
Amazing breakfasts, the best we had on Lombok😍. Generally restaurant offers great food. Really nice beach,white sand without stones on the bottom.

Staff if supernice, we really loved staying there. Its around 30 min from the harbour. Wifi was working properly, food was very good. Its directly next to the beach and they keep it very clean. It was one of the cleanest area we have seen
Everything was per the photos. No gimmick. The breakfast menu changes every day. We had the 2-Bedroom for the kids and an Ocean view suite. Both were clean, beds were comfy and pillows were fluffy.
Swimming pool very clean and it's right in front of the beach. Easy access when you want to do both - the beach and pool.
Staff very friendly and helpful, gave recommendations and our request for slightly later check out.

They made everything possible for us. The service at the restaurant and reception was great and always helpful. The private beach was great for watching sunsets and having nice breakfasts. The prices of the food were good value. We felt very safe and they keep the place very clean and the trees coconut free.
We liked the beach front location and the room, which was very clean, up-date, a separate cabin within steps of the beach. Walking distance to restaurants in the village and on the beach. Owner was very helpful in giving information on the area and in getting us taxis.
