Very clean. Easy to find. Next to Ladadika and 3min walk from Beachway and Aristotelos sq. Parking can be found not very easy around the building, but paid one is 3-5min away infront of the Port. Communication was easy and fast. All you need for short stay in Thessaloniki's center.
The location is great! Right on the beach but no noise.
You are 10 minutes of easy walk from everywhere.

Even if is not near the beach is a lovely place to relax with friends or family,close to airport and lovely little village with excellent restaurants. The hosts were more than hospitable and the villa very clean.
The host was fantastic - very friendly, responsive, we asked for restaurant and beach recommendations and he did his best to help us by sending a lengthy message with suggestions. As for the apartment - it was the best! Very clean and cosy, has a lot of utilities, the location is also amazing. Overall I highly recommend this place for your vacation and you can really count on the host if you have any questions!
Everything but at first the location. The apartment is best set at quite location but 1 minute from beach and best fish restaurant in Perea (I've tried most of them but the one our host suggested was best and also nearest). The apartment has everything you would need - dishes, electrical appliances and so on. It was also very clean!

Exceptionnel welcoming home in center town of Kalamaria and 5 mn walk to the beach.
Evy is a very nice and will welcome you as family.
The bedroom was very clean, cosy, comfortable and quite. It has everything you need in the room and a fantastic fan with no noise at all on the ceiling who keeps you at the right temperature all night.
It also has a nice TV with good English and french programs too.
I definitely recommend this place to have a plaisant stay to enjoy and being part of the Greek community!
