Jav was so welcoming on arrival, very friendly and allowed us to book in early, extremely helpful. Rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable, ample tea/coffee facilities, plenty of clean towels and a stones throw from beach ⛱️ .
This was my third stay at Queens Stay and it’s like a cosy little home from home! Friendly and helpful communication from the owners. Secure accommodation and always feel very safe here. Great location a short walk from the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and lovely little touches like robes. Beautifully decorated and very clean.

Went for a short break picked a place where we didn’t have to walk too far or drive. It is right across from the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful, good English breakfast latte 3.15 so not bad. It has a lift so you could access any floor if like me you have mobility problems. The bathroom had a walk in shower and a bath. It was very clean, buses stop right outside if you want to go further.
Beautifully decorated apartment, with a handy parking space right outside. Lovely view over Roker Beach. Was very clean. Staff responded quickly to messages. Great value for money.

For once, we never once moaned about the mattresses, they were superb.
The renovation to the property to make it in to holiday lets has been well thought out and well delivered.
Our usual choice for a comfortable hotel that is pet friendly. Very good value - £75 for the night and in a great location for restaurants and cafes, entertainment at the Stack - 2min walk away and across the road from the beach. Pet friendly rooms are very clean and fresh.
